At Borno Leather, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our premium leather products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you get it right.
1. Return & Exchange Windows
- Returns for Refund: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
- Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note on Natural Leather: Leather is a natural material. Slight variations in color, natural creases, or minor scars are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized leather goods (e.g., custom sizing or custom engraving/embossing).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during specific clearance events.
- Products showing visible signs of wear, stretching, or damage caused by improper leather care.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Send an email to [hasiburasif40@gmail.com] or message us on our official page with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
- Pack Safely: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent creasing or damage during transit.
- Ship It Back: Once authorized, drop off the package at your nearest courier service. Please note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (or via mobile banking/bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
